Three pliers were recently stolen from a tool box on the back of a bakkie.

According to Kasselman Security Services, an unknown man jumped over a fence to gain entry to the premises where the vehicle was parked.

He allegedly broke a padlock on the tool box and stole the pliers, including a side cutter, long nose and normal pliers.

The man jumped over the fence and fled after the alleged theft.

The owner saw him and ran after him, but could not catch him.

According to Kasselman, the owner said the man was wearing black clothes.

Nobody has been arrested thus far.
