When it comes to customer service, we always want the best.When we don’t receive it, you’ll hear us with red lights and “bliksemstrale” proclaiming to the world how bad the business or institution is.
But should a day occur when everything runs smoothly, a problem is solved, red lights disappear and “bliksemstrale” turn into sunlight, we forget to proclaim it to the world.
This now brings me to the Lekwa Municipality.
There never was a time when I was not received with kindness.
From security personnel at the entrance, showing me the department that will help me, to Jabu, Faith, Bonnie and Mbali (flower) who do not think twice to help with enquiries.
You are immediately aware of their kindness and helpfulness.
I would like to say to the world and express my sincere gratitude to all of you, thank you for the difference you make to customer service.
