VIDEO – ‘No increase, no production’ says Eskom’s Tutuka employees

Tutuka employees voice their demands in song.

Tutuka Power Station had a shutdown this morning due to a nationwide strike over salary increments.

The workers are demanding a 15% increase across the board and a R2 000 housing allowance, according to Mr Phiri Nkosi, chairman of the National Union of Mine Workers (NUM).

Eskom is currently offering a zero percentage increase.
