Parents of Ext 8 cry foul over school buses

The parents and residents of Ext 8 outside the Department of Education building.

Parents of Ext 8 complained outside the Department of Education circuit offices on 12 September over their children being prohibited from using the school buses.

According to them, the department allotted two buses for learners in Ext 8 at 15 schools in Sakhile.

“The buses were supposed to take a total of 71 learners from of 15 schools, but the parents were informed that it will only take learners from four schools,” parents said.
